Job summary

Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, has a full-time Unarmed Patrol Guard position in Atlanta, GA. You will monitor a residential community, provide exceptional customer service, and respond to incidents while maintaining a visible presence to deter threats. Position Type: Full Time.

Pay Rate: $18.00 / Hour. Schedule includes several evening and weekend shifts, with duties including routine rounds, reports, and incident response.

Qualifications

At least 1 year of security-related experience.
Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Background check required by law.
Drug screen required where permitted.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
Respond to incidents, resident concerns, access-related issues, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner.
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of residential common areas, parking areas, building exteriors, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized access.
Monitor access points and observe visitor, vendor, and delivery activity in accordance with site-specific procedures.
Document patrols, incidents, and security-related observations accurately and promptly, and report concerns to appropriate personnel.
