Precision Security Team LLC in Cheyenne, WY is hiring an Unarmed Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of your assigned post. This role involves maintaining a visible, professional presence; responding to incidents; and ensuring the safety of clients, staff, and the public.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Previous security experience.
• Military or law enforcement background strongly encouraged.
• Able to pass a background check and drug screening (if required).
• CPR certified (or willing to complete provided training).
• Reliable transportation.
• Able to stand or walk for extended periods, including stairs.
• Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted.
• Completion of company-provided hand-to-hand skills course.
• Able to wear required uniform for full shift.

Responsibilities

• Monitor property activity, manage access control, patrol, and respond to incidents, emergencies, or evacuations as needed.
• Apply de-escalation techniques and sound judgement in challenging situations.
• Utilize QR/NFC systems to verify patrols, monitor CCTV, and document incidents through approved security reporting tools; maintain reports.
• Communicate effectively with clients, the public, and supervisors.
• Follow all site-specific SOPs, company policies, local laws and regulations; maintain confidentiality.
• Use smartphones, scheduling systems, and basic reporting software.
• Represent Precision Security Team with professionalism, integrity, and accountability.
