Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, contractors and visitors at a commercial real estate location.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of construction areas, building access points, parking areas and perimeter.
• Monitor access, verify visitor/contractor authorization, and maintain logs.
• Respond to incidents, alarms and emergencies calmly and professionally, contacting emergency services as needed.
• Report damaged barriers or unsecured entry points and communicate concerns to leadership.
