Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Patrol Coordination in Arlington, VA. You will monitor and patrol commercial real estate locations, deter incidents, assist visitors, and uphold site policies with professionalism.

Qualities include 2+ years in security, comfort with a computer or tablet, and strong customer service. Pay is $19.50 per hour, with a full-time schedule including nights and weekends, and essential background checks and drug screening.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of security-related experience.
• Comfortable using a computer or tablet.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control or badge experience preferred.
• CPR certification preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interiors, exteriors, parking, entry points and perimeter areas.
• Monitor access points, observe activity, report unauthorized access or maintenance concerns.
• Respond to incidents and notify emergency services or property management when appropriate.
• Complete accurate activity logs, incident reports, and shift communications.
