Job summary

IronWatch Security is seeking a professional Security Guard to safeguard our premises, assets, and staff. You will patrol, monitor entrances, and respond to suspicious activity with integrity and attention to detail.

The ideal candidate has public safety experience, strong report writing skills, and the ability to operate surveillance equipment in a fast-paced environment. This role requires professionalism and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in security or public safety is preferred.
• Strong understanding of public safety and security procedures.
• Excellent written communication and report writing abilities.
• Ability to operate surveillance equipment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and strong observational skills.
• Ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and maintain a visible presence.
• Monitor entrances and exits to control access for authorized personnel.
• Remove trespassers when necessary and report incidents.
• Observe and operate surveillance systems and respond to alerts.
• Respond to reports of suspicious activity and document findings.
• Report daily activities and security incidents with accuracy.
