IronWatch Security is seeking a professional Security Guard to join our team. In this role, your primary responsibility will be to create a safe and secure environment. You will protect our premises, assets, and employees and prevent any illegal or inappropriate occurrences.

The ideal candidate has experience with public safety and security and operates with a high degree of integrity at all times. The role requires a high school diploma or GED, the ability to work without direct supervision,

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience as a Security Guard or similar preferred.
• Knowledge of public safety procedures and security practices.
• Excellent written communication and ability to document incidents clearly.
• Ability to operate surveillance equipment.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
• Attention to detail and ability to work without direct supervision.

Responsibilities

• Patrol the premises and maintain high visibility.
• Monitor entrances/exits to restrict access to authorized personnel only.
• Remove trespassers when necessary.
• Monitor surveillance cameras and report suspicious activity.
• Respond to security incidents and incidents reports.
• Document daily activities and security incidents clearly.
