Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard for the Racine, WI area. You will perform unarmed patrols, deter unauthorized activity, and provide welcoming service to guests, tenants, and staff.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, monitoring access points, and maintaining accurate incident reports. Minimum requirements include age, education, and ability to pass background checks and drug screens.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check and drug screen required by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, and staff by following site procedures and emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner, escalating as needed.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols throughout retail areas, parking lots, entrances and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and report suspicious activity or hazards to site leadership.
• Complete required activity reports and maintain clear communication with leadership.
