GLOBAL OPS is seeking an Unarmed Security Agent to protect client locations across Brooklyn. This full-time, in-person role requires alertness, professionalism, and strong customer service as you patrol and monitor access.

You’ll perform foot patrols, respond to incidents, and file detailed reports. This position emphasizes reliability, teamwork, and the opportunity to grow into higher security levels with NY licensing.

Qualifications

Valid New York State Security Guard License.
Ability to work assignments throughout Brooklyn.
Able to stand, walk, and work outdoors in all weather.
Excellent observation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
Professional appearance with a strong customer service mindset.
Proven reliability and strong work ethic.
High School Diploma or GED.
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to successfully complete all required screenings and pre-employment training.

We're seeking professional Unarmed Security Agents to support client locations throughout Brooklyn. This is an active, highly visible role for individuals who remain alert, exercise sound judgment, and take pride in representing themselves and the company with professionalism. This is not a static post. Approximately 60-70% of your shift will be spent outdoors conducting foot patrols, maintaining a visible security presence, monitoring activity, and responding to incidents as they arise. Every shift presents new challenges, making this an excellent opportunity for professionals who enjoy staying engaged and making a meaningful impact. Multiple assignments are available throughout Brooklyn. Placement will be based on operational needs and business requirements. What You'll Do
