Requirements:

• Must Pass a Drug Test – This is a non-negotiable requirement.
• Experience & Knowledge – Two year minimum preferred.
• Credentials – You must possess:
• A valid California ID or Driver’s License.
• A valid Social Security Card.
• A current California Security Guard License (Certificates are not accepted).
  
  

Qualifications:

• Be an effective team player with a positive attitude.
• Maintain professional composure and handle unusual situations with ease.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to write clear reports and logs.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain respectful interactions with everyone on site.
  
  

Additional Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Must have a reliable way to communicate and get to and from work.
• Must speak, read, and write English fluently.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must complete and pass all pre-employment screenings, including a drug test.
• Must meet state licensing requirements for security positions.
