Job summary

Total National SeCurity Guard Services, LLC is hiring an Unarmed Security Guard for the Raleigh/Durham, NC area. Pay rate is $11.50–$13.00 per hour. Location: Durham, NC.

Work hours are 28 hours per week, Thursday through Sunday, 10pm to 5am. As a guard, you patrol apartment complexes, enforce policies, write reports, monitor traffic, and coordinate with management. Must have security guard experience or related military/police background, PPSB Unarmed training, a valid license, no criminal

Qualifications

• Must have experience as a security guard, police officer or military police officer.
• PPSB Unarmed training.
• Associate degree, High school diploma or GED.
• A valid driver’s license and no criminal record.
• Must be able to pass a DMV License Check.

Responsibilities

• Patrol Apartment Complex Site.
• Ensures that all policies and procedures are followed.
• Ensure that reports (DARS) are written as needed.
• Reviews and signs off on Security Guard reports (DAR) and logs before they are turned in.
• Conducts routine area checks during the shift.
• Any and all additional duties assigned as deemed necessary and appropriate.
• Monitoring traffic in and out of the apartment complex.
• Coordinating with management personnel when needed.

Payrate: $11.50 – $13.00 hourly

investigative and contract security guard patrol company owned by a service-disabled veteran
and a retired police officer specializing in comprehensive investigative services.
