You will conduct patrols, deter incidents, and deliver courteous service to tenants, staff, and visitors while maintaining professional presence.

This full-time role requires a valid driver's license, 2+ years of security experience, and a high school diploma.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed).
• Background investigations required by law.
• Drug screening required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local laws.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, tenants, staff, and guests at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns, medical situations, and other events in a calm, professional manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of the facility, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with screening of visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Maintain professional presence and communicate observations to site contacts and leadership.
