Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver''s license.
• Ability to lift more than 20 pounds.
• State/municipal security license preferred.
• Alarm panel experience preferred.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at an automotive location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and access-control concerns in a calm, problem-solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of facilities, parking areas, docks, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials for authorized personnel, visitors, and vendors.
• Document patrols, incidents, and security-related activities; communicate with leadership and site contacts.
