Qualifications

• A valid driver’s license is required.
• State or local security license is preferred.
• Guard Card or state license is preferred.
• Ability to lift over 20 pounds is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• License for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and vendors per site policies.
• Respond to incidents and escalate as needed per procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities and grounds.
• Monitor access points and observe activity per site requirements.
• Document patrols and incidents and communicate findings to supervision.
