Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public.
• Carry out site-specific procedures and emergency response activities at government facilities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, disturbances, and critical situations calmly and with problem-solving approach.
• Conduct armed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, access points, and perimeter to deterUnauthorized activity.
• Monitor restricted areas, verify credentials, and document visitor activity, incidents, and unusual conditions.
• Coordinate with onsite personnel and emergency/public service agencies during emergencies.
