Responsibilities

Provide customer service to residents, guests, vendors, and visitors while following security procedures and community policies.
Conduct regular unarmed patrols by vehicle or on foot through residential areas, amenities, streets, parking, and perimeters to deter incidents.
Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting suspicious behavior or hazards per site procedures.
Respond calmly and professionally to incidents and emergencies; notify appropriate personnel and emergency services as needed.
Prepare clear incident reports and communicate information to site management and Allied Universal leadership.
