Allied Universal in Houston, TX is seeking a Security Guard Experienced Unarmed Patrol Driver to safeguard and assist visitors, staff, and guests. You will perform driving and foot patrols, maintain visibility to deter incidents, and deliver exceptional customer service in a dynamic cultural institution setting.

The role requires a minimum of 6 months security experience, a valid driver’s license, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Qualifications

• At least 6 months of security-related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screen required.
• Licensing requirements may apply by state/local law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, staff, vendors, and program participants by following security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel or emergency responders.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity and identify hazards.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor directions and rule compliance.
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and actions per reporting procedures.
