Job summary

Cascadia Global Security is hiring an Armed Security Officer in Issaquah, WA for a full-time day shift from Monday to Friday. The role offers $31 per hour with daily pay options and requires an active Armed security license in Washington.

As part of our team, you will conduct access control, patrol facilities on foot or by vehicle when appropriate, deter theft, and ensure a safe work environment. Excellent pay and supportive management accompany growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Available to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Control access at client facilities.
• Report maintenance and safety concerns.
• Patrols on foot to deter threats and observe activity.
• Deter theft and vandalism to protect client sites.
• Maintain safe and professional environment for staff.
• Keep daily admin documentation concise and complete.
• Maintain uniform and grooming standards while in uniform.

Armed Security Specialist Responsibilities:

• Access Control
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety
• Patrols are assigned on foot to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activities at client facilities.
  • Patrols may be assigned in a company-marked vehicle provided the candidates' driving history isexemplary.
• Theft and vandalism deterrence
• Ensure the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment
• Ensure that daily administrative documentation is always kept concise and complete
• Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform
• Perform other related duties as required

Qualifications and skills:

• Minimum 21years of age
• Basic computer skills and report-writing experience
• Available to work shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass a criminal background checkMust be able to handle stressful situations and emergencies
• Candidates should be able to provide body armor:
  • Tactical outer carrier
  • Concealed inner carrier
  • 3a+ Soft armor
  • Duty belt with MOLLEattachments
  • OC spray, handcuffs, and baton.
  • Provide own duty weapon
    • With at least 2 spare magazines

Experience:

• Customer Service: 1 year (Preferred)

• Security: 1 year of armed experience (Preferred)

License/Certification:
