Job summary

Cascadia Global Security in Colorado City, TX is seeking an Unarmed Security Guard. This role offers part-time or full-time work with a competitive hourly wage of $24 and daily pay the next day.

The ideal candidate is 21+, has basic computer and report-writing skills, can pass a background check, and is prepared for night, weekend, and holiday shifts. Training for the Texas Level 2 license is available if needed.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Control access to client facilities.
• Investigate and report safety and maintenance issues.
• Patrol assigned areas on foot to deter incidents.
• Deter theft and vandalism.
• Maintain a safe, professional work environment.
• Keep daily administrative documentation concise.
• Maintain uniform and grooming standards while in uniform.
• Perform other related duties as required.

About the position:

• Title: Unarmed Security Guard
• Location: Colorado City,TX
• Employment Type: Part-Time or Full-Time
• $24.00 per hour
• Daily pay; get paid as soon as the NEXT DAY!

A private security license is required for this position. If you do not currently have a Level 2 security license in Texas, Cascadia Global Security can provide training and help you through the licensing process. We are seeking individuals with a good work ethic and customer service skills. Prior military or law enforcement experience is not required, but is a plus!

Security Guard Responsibilities:

• Access Control
• Investigate and report maintenance and safety conditions that may endanger the client, its associates, or public safety
• Patrol assigned areas on foot to maintain visibility and observe possible unusual activities at client facilities
• Theft and vandalism deterrence
• Ensure the client, its associates, and facility personnel are provided with a safe and professional work environment
• Ensure that daily administrative documentation is always kept concise and complete
• Uniform attire and grooming standards must be maintained while in uniform
• Perform other related duties as required

• Minimum 21years of age

• Available to work shifts during nights, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
• Must be able to handle stressful situations and emergencies

Pay and Benefits:

• Salary: $24.00 per hour
• 50% paid Medical/ Dental/ Vision / Accidental / and Free Life insurance for FT employees available after the first 60 days.
