Inner Parish Security Corporation (IPSC) is recruiting professional security officers with excellent customer service and security skills to join our team in Dallas-Fort Worth.

LICENSED Unarmed Inside Guard & Parking Lot Patrol

Pay rate: $16 per hour, paid weekly.

Shift Times: 12-hour shifts on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.

Apply today! Candidates must have TOPS II or TOPS III certification.

For Parking Lot Patrol positions, candidates must be at least 25 years old, possess a valid Driver's License, and have a clean driving record.

Prior law enforcement, military, or at least 1 year of security experience is a plus. Retirees and veterans are welcome!

Your responsibilities include:

1. Performing regular and random patrols of premises.
2. Reporting security incidents, hazards, or unusual occurrences.
3. Executing control procedures when necessary.
4. Operating emergency equipment.
5. Documenting nightly operations and filing weekly reports.
6. Investigating property breaches.

Minimum requirements include:

• Excellent customer service and conflict resolution skills.
• Strong communication skills.
• Professional appearance.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Flexibility to work a roster, 7 days a week.
• Reliable transportation and active cellphone.
• Ability to pass a drug screening.

Physical and mental requirements:

• Effective communication skills for emergencies.
• Ability to read and interpret written information.
• Ability to operate a vehicle if required.
• Ability to detect sounds related to emergencies.
• Physical ability to walk, run, stand, climb, sit, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Good mental health to make quick decisions during emergencies.
• Must meet licensing requirements for the state(s) where work is performed.
