Allied Universal® is seeking a Security Officer Full Time Patrol Readiness in Tampa, FL. You will provide customer service, monitor and patrol retail locations, and deter incidents while supporting a welcoming environment for shoppers and tenants.

Responsibilities include responding to incidents, observing activity, and reporting concerns with professionalism. Minimum requirements cover age, education, background checks, and licensing where applicable.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors and personnel.
• Background investigation and drug screen are required by policy.
• Licensing requirements may apply according to state/local laws; driver license if driving position.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and personnel by following security procedures.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols of common areas and perimeter areas to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents and disturbances in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate responders.
• Monitor access points, report suspicious activity, and document incidents and shift communications.
• Complete accurate activity reports and maintain professional interactions with the public.
