Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Guard Full Time Unarmed Loss Prevention Patrol in Tampa, FL. You will monitor retail environments, deter incidents, assist visitors and tenants with friendly customer service, and report observations to site management.

This role runs daytime shifts with competitive pay ($17.51/hour) and opportunities for paid training, career growth, and benefits. A state or local security license is preferred, and you must be at least 18.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 20 pounds preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Loss prevention experience preferred.
• Background check and drug screen required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to tenants, shoppers, visitors, and vendors per site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points and observe activity, reporting violations.
• Respond calmly to incidents and follow site procedures.
• Prepare accurate reports and communicate with management and authorities.
