Job summary

Allied Universal in Saint Cloud, MN is seeking a Security Guard (Unarmed Patrol) to protect clients across retail and other facilities. You will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence, greet visitors, and respond to incidents.

Minimum requirements include 18+ years old, high school diploma, and eligibility for background checks and drug screening. A valid driver’s license is required for driving roles where applicable.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old; 21+ for armed roles.
• Background check and drug screening required; local laws apply.
• Valid driver's license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to site personnel and visitors while following procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facility, parking areas, loading docks, and perimeter.
• Monitor access and verify entry procedures; document incidents and activities.
• Respond calmly to incidents, alarms, and emergencies.
• Report hazards and policy violations to site leadership.
