Pay, Location & Schedule

• Tuesday and Wednesday, 0800–1500
• Thursday and Friday, 1500–2300
• Pay: $24/hour

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers and maintain a visible, professional security presence.
• Patrol designated indoor and outdoor areas, including entrances, sidewalks, and parking areas as assigned.
• Watch for safety concerns, suspicious activity, and theft; report observations promptly to store management and company supervision.
• Write clear Daily Activity Reports and incident reports, and assist emergency responders with factual information when needed.
• Support store staff and customers while following site instructions and maintaining professional boundaries.

What You’ll Bring — Required

• A valid BSIS security guard license.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in event, hospitality, military, or bouncer/security roles involving customer interaction and de-escalation.

Site Safety Standards

• This is an observe-and-report position. Report suspected theft immediately and avoid confrontation.
• Do not detain, question, touch, or pursue suspected shoplifters, or request receipts or personal belongings.
• Report emergencies to management and local authorities as directed.
• Treat everyone respectfully and impartially; profiling and discriminatory conduct are not permitted.

Professional Expectations

• Arrive on time, in full uniform, with your required equipment: charged phone, notepad, pen, ID, and BSIS license.
• Stay alert and focused. Avoid personal phone use, eating, smoking, and unnecessary conversation while on duty.
• Follow company policies, applicable requirements, and client post instructions.
