Allied Universal, North America’s leading security and facility services company, is hiring a part-time Security Officer (Unarmed Patrol) in New Bern, NC. You will provide customer service, perform routine patrols, and monitor access points while maintaining a visible presence to deter incidents.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, ability to work weekends, and the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members.

Qualifications

• Provide customer service while following site-specific policies and security procedures.
• Conduct routine patrols and monitor access points as required.
• Communicate clearly and document incidents or observations accurately.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner and notify appropriate site contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the manufacturing location, including production areas, loading docks, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the perimeter.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, contractor, and delivery vehicle entry procedures in accordance with site-specific requirements.
• Document incidents, observations, and patrol activities accurately and report potential security-related concerns to site leadership.
