Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include a valid driver's license, background check, and drug screen as applicable by law.
• CPR and First Aid certification are preferred.
• Must be 18+ for unarmed roles (21+ for armed), and possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Licensing requirements may apply and vary by state/local laws.
• Allied Universal may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories as permitted by law.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, visitors, and employees by carrying out security procedures and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of bank areas, offices, entry points, parking areas, and surrounding perimeter.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies to deter unauthorized access.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner and notify appropriate contacts or responders.
• Prepare accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrol observations and security concerns.
