Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, tenants, and visitors by following site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the financial institution location, monitor business areas, exteriors, parking, and perimeter for unusual activity.
• Monitor access points and verify credentials; maintain visitor, incident, and patrol documentation.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and emergencies calmly and coordinate with appropriate personnel.
• Maintain a professional presence and comply with Allied Universal and site security policies.
