Qualifications

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities, production areas, office spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and employee authorization.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional manner, escalating as directed.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities at an aerospace and defense manufacturing location.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of assigned facilities, production areas, office spaces, parking areas, and perimeter locations to help identify and report unusual activity or conditions.
• Monitor access points and verify visitor, contractor, and employee authorization in accordance with site-specific access-control procedures.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, escalating matters to appropriate personnel as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs for patrols, incidents, access-control activity, and security-related observations.
