Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, visitors, and contractors at an aerospace/defense location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and notify appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of facilities, access points, and parking areas.
• Monitor access to restricted areas by verifying credentials and reporting irregularities.
• Document patrol activities and incidents in required reports.
