Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Patrol Response in Bayport, NY to protect clients in Manufacturing & Industrial settings and uphold safety and service on a frontline team.

This part-time role features afternoon and overnight shifts, a Thursday-Saturday schedule, and a pay rate of $19.07 per hour.

Qualifications

• At least 18 years old for unarmed roles (21+ for armed roles).
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required by law.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing may be required by state/local laws.
• Valid driver's license for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities within a manufacturing and industrial location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, access concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating issues according to site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of production areas, warehouse spaces, loading docks, parking areas, and the facility perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor, employee, and contractor entry in accordance with site-specific procedures, documenting relevant activity and reporting irregularities.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports, incident reports, and patrol documentation while communicating professionally with site personnel and Allied Universal leadership.
