Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• As a condition of employment, background investigation will be conducted.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may be required prior to employment.
• Valid driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, drivers, visitors, and personnel by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies; assist with emergency response when needed.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of loading areas, trailer yards, parking areas, access points, and the perimeter to identify and report unusual activity.
• Monitor access to the location by observing vehicle and pedestrian traffic, verify credentials or delivery documentation as directed, and report unauthorized access concerns.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly, following site procedures and contacting appropriate personnel or emergency services when needed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports of patrols, incidents, observations, and access-related activities in accordance with Allied Universal and site requirements.
