Qualifications

Age: 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and employees by following site procedures.
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations calmly and document observations.
Conduct patrols of office buildings, common areas, parking facilities, and surrounding perimeter.
Monitor access points and verify credentials as required.
Assist with maintaining an orderly professional environment by giving directions and reporting concerns.
