Qualifications

• Loss prevention and customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, contractors, and delivery personnel at a technology-focused location by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of interior/exterior spaces to identify hazards and report concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity, verify credentials, and report access-related concerns to site leadership.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations following established protocols and contacting emergency services as directed.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain activity logs for patrols, incidents, observations, and shift handoffs.
