Candidates must hold a Texas PSB Level II License (Unarmed) and demonstrate reliability, vigilance, and sound judgment throughout shifts that may include days, evenings, weekends, and holidays. This is a full-time position based in El Paso.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Monitor and secure designated areas to prevent unauthorized access or trespassing.
• Enforce site rules and regulations for staff, visitors, and contractors.
• Patrol the property on foot to maintain safety, visibility, and compliance.
• Provide a professional and courteous presence while interacting with guests and employees.
• Observe and report irregularities, incidents, or safety concerns to the appropriate personnel.
• Verify that property equipment and systems are functioning properly and report maintenance needs as necessary.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports documenting daily activities, observations, and incidents.
• Follow all TriCorps and client procedures to maintain high-quality service.
