Allied Universal is seeking a Security Guard Unarmed Patrol Inspection in Lima, OH. The role involves patrolling industrial locations, welcoming visitors, and enforcing site policies while maintaining a visible, professional presence.

We offer full-time hours with a pay rate of $20.50 per hour. Responsibilities include reporting observations, responding to incidents, and upholding safety procedures on a manufacturing site.

Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
• Background check as per federal/state/local laws
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in a manner consistent with laws
• Drug screen to extent permitted by law
• Licensing requirements per state/local laws; may be required
• A valid driver’s license required for driving positions only

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, contractors, and visitors while carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and emergency response activities as appropriate
• Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols of industrial buildings, access points, parking areas, and perimeter locations to deter unauthorized activity
• Monitor access to the location by verifying credentials, directing visitors and contractors, and reporting access concerns according to site procedures
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, escalating concerns to appropriate personnel and emergency responders as needed
• Document patrols, incidents, observations, and security-related activities through clear and accurate reports
