Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check, drug screen and licensing requirements per state laws.
• Driver's license required for driving positions where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, patients, and/or vendors at a healthcare services location while carrying out site-specific security procedures.
• Respond to incidents, access concerns and medical emergencies following established protocols.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of the facility, grounds, parking areas, and perimeter.
• Monitor access points and verify authorized entry for employees, visitors, contractors, and deliveries.
• Complete accurate daily activity reports and shift handoffs for leadership.
