Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

• As a condition of employment, candidates will undergo a background investigation.
• Drug screening is required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state/local laws.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and others per site policies.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of healthcare facilities to deter incidents.
• Respond to incidents and critical events calmly and following protocols.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor management in a healthcare setting.
• Document observations and communicate information to site contacts and leadership.
