Job summary

All Pro Security is seeking motivated part-time/on-call Unarmed Flex Guard officers in Portland, Oregon. The roles focus on weekend operations with opportunities to cover other shifts in the greater Portland area. Valid Oregon DPSST guard card is strongly preferred.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety and security of customers, employees, and visitors.
• Conduct foot patrols in designated areas to deter crime and enforce client policies.
• Monitor surveillance systems and alarms; respond to risks.
• Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms with proper procedures.
• Prepare comprehensive reports detailing security incidents and daily activities.

Unarmed Flex Guard

All Pro Security, a veteran-operated security company, and listed on the Inc. 5000 as one of the fastest-growing companies in the U.S., is seeking motivated and professional part-time/on-call security officers to join our Portland team. These positions will primarily support weekendoperations, with additional opportunities to cover shifts throughout the week in the greater Portland metro area. Candidates who already hold a valid Oregon DPSST guard card are strongly preferred.

• Prior security, law enforcement, military, or customer-facing experience is a plus, but not required.
