Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Überwachung auf Unregelmäßigkeiten wie Sicherheitsverletzungen und Notfälle.
• Patrouillieren von zugewiesenen Bereichen zu Fuß oder im Fahrzeug.

Base pay range

$15.00/hr - $19.00/hr

Job Details

Immediate Part-Time opportunity for guard-carded security guards. This is a "work when you want to work" position. The amount you earn is up to you.

Looking for individuals interested in or experienced in unarmed security duties or overnight security duties for upcoming sporting events, festivals, concerts, and more!

Responsibilities

• Monitor for irregularities, such as security breaches, hazards, and emergencies; contact emergency responders as required.
• Remain alert for unauthorized persons or security code violators; approach suspicious persons and notify police; may confront and detain violators until police arrive.
• Patrol assigned areas on foot or in vehicle to ensure security of personnel, buildings, and equipment.
• Inspect doors, windows, and gates; use client keys to open and close buildings; monitor for unauthorized persons or activities.
• Prepare routine reports.
• Provide escorts as necessary.
• Inform and warn violators of infractions like loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden items.

Requirements

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Effective communication skills, both oral and written.
• Ability to walk and climb stairs for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in extreme weather conditions.
• Ability to understand policies and respond appropriately using discretion.
• Maintain accurate records.
• React appropriately in emergencies.
• Must be able to work solo posts (overnight shifts only).

Job Requirements

• Must have a current AZ Guard Card.
• Subject to pre-employment background screening.
• No felonies and no misdemeanors in the last 5 years.
• Must pass pre-employment drug screen.

Pay

• Unarmed Security Guard: $15.50/hr
• Overnight Unarmed Security Guard: $16.50/hr
• Unarmed Guard Supervisor: $18.00/hr
