Job summary

Redwood Private Security, LP is seeking a dedicated security guard for on-site patrols in Henderson, NV. You will conduct golf cart and foot patrols to deter activity, document tours via a mobile app, and respond to incidents following policy.

You’ll unlock facilities, report issues, and communicate professionally with staff and vendors. Requirements include a high school diploma or equivalent, NV PILB Security Work Card, and a valid NV driver's license.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• US high school graduate or equivalent.
• Possess and maintain a valid NV PILB Security Work Card.
• Have the legal right to work in the United States.
• Fluent in written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned community via golf cart and foot patrol to deter and detect unwanted activity.
• Document patrol tours via mobile application.
• Lock and unlock community amenities as scheduled.
• Demonstrate professional communications with co-workers, vendors and community staff.
• Respond to security-related complaints and document per policy.
• Generate and submit electronic incident reports and warnings via mobile app.
• Work under general supervision of Site Supervisor, Quality Control Manager, and/or Client Manager.
• Maintain consistent performance, attendance, uniform appearance, and professional demeanor.
