Job summary

Marksman Security is hiring an armed security guard in Las Vegas to protect facilities and deter criminal activity. You will perform patrolling, monitor access, and verify credentials in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities include logging truck entries, watching for threats, and reporting incidents promptly. A PILB/Guard Card, valid driver’s license, and a GED or high school diploma are required; drug screen and background checks apply.

Qualifications

• Armed PILB/Guard Card required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• High School diploma or GED.
• Able to pass pre-employment drug screen and criminal background check.
• Previous security experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain visibility by patrolling different areas of the lot.
• Verify credentials and control access to the facility.
• Monitor CCTV cameras for security breaches and suspicious activity.
• Log entries and exits of trucks with company, driver, cargo and IDs.
• Observe for security threats such as loitering or potential theft.
• Immediately report any incidents or hazards to management.
