Qualifications

• A guard card or license is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• CPR certification is preferred.

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, staff, visitors and community members per site procedures and policies.
• Respond to incidents and concerns in a calm, professional manner and notify appropriate personnel.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of buildings, grounds, parking areas, and entrances to deter unauthorized activity.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity and direct guests as needed.
• Document incidents and observations and communicate information to site leadership.
