Qualifications

• Minimum of six months of security experience required.
• Customer service experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to students, faculty, staff, visitors, and campus partners by carrying out security-related procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly, notify campus personnel and emergency responders as directed.
• Conduct regular foot and vehicle patrols to deter unauthorized activity and report conditions.
• Monitor access points and assist with visitor, student, and staff access procedures.
• Prepare incident reports and logs and share observations with leadership.
