Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a Security Officer Unarmed in Beaumont, TX to manage entry points, verify credentials, issue badges, monitor access activity, and maintain security records. You will patrol and deter incidents while delivering professional service to employees and visitors.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, security experience, and a TSA-issued TWIC, with background checks and drug screening as part of employment.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to personnel, contractors, and visitors by carrying out site-specific access-control procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a chemical and petrochemical location.
• Monitor entry and exit points; verify identification, credentials, visitor authorizations, and vehicle access in accordance with established site requirements.
• Maintain accurate visitor, contractor, vehicle, and access-related records; issue and recover credentials, keys, and other authorized access items as directed.
• Respond to access-related incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner; promptly communicate concerns through established reporting channels.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of access points, restricted areas, and the perimeter to help deter unauthorized entry and identify security-related concerns.
