Job summary

PCI Pharma Services seeks an experienced Facilities Worker 1 to join our 24/7 maintenance team supporting ASRS and facility equipment. You will perform preventive maintenance, repairs, and coordinate with vendors to keep production facilities running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has mechanical training, basic electrical skills, and the ability to troubleshoot HVAC systems, chillers, air handlers, and related equipment, while training others as needed.

Qualifications

• Requires official/recognized mechanical education or training.
• Basic electrical training and ability to troubleshoot electrical faults.
• Experience with ASRS, conveyors, and facility equipment is preferred.
• Capable of leading repairs from start to finish with vendor support.
• Ability to train and mentor junior facilities staff.

Responsibilities

• Perform Preventive Maintenance on Air Handlers and related systems.
• Lead repairs from start to completion with SME/vendor support.
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC, Chillers, Boilers, and related equipment.
• Perform plumbing, carpentry, painting and furniture installations as needed.
• Coordinate parts orders and work with vendors for complex repairs.
• Train and support Facilities Worker 1 and communicate priorities.
• Maintain safe, clean, and organized facilities and use rigging for heavy equipment.

24/7 AM - Facilities Maintenance ASRS mechanic 7am-7pm - Friday through Sunday

• 1.Meets all Facilities Worker 1 requirements, has ASRS background and:
• 1.1.Has an official/recognized Mechanical education/training.
• 1.2.Has a good electrical training allowing more advanced electrical troubleshooting.
• 1.3.Has a good knowledge of PCI Facilities Equipment including ASRS Crane system, Conveyor systems, Trash Compactors, Balers, Air Handlers, Dehumidifiers, Humidifiers, Electrical Power system supporting listed above equipment/systems, and others.
• 1.4.Able to troubleshoot all Facilities Equipment/Systems listed above to the major component level.
• 1.5.Able to repair all Facilities Equipment listed above (with support of Facilities Worker 3 or Vendors for more complicated repairs).
• 1.6. Performs all ASRS Preventive Maintenance work (with ASRS Mechanic 3 or Vendors for more complicated PM's).
• 1.7.Able to train and support Facilities Worker 1.

• 3.Able to recognize and manage work priorities.
• 4.Team player and able to take directions from management and higher level workers.
• 5.Able to identify and order all needed parts using PCI ordering system.
• 6.Able to lead repairs from start to completion.
• 7.Able to identify improvement opportunities.
• 8.Able to paint, spackle, repair walls at medium project level (entire production suite).
• 9.Able to perform plumbing repairs and fixtures replacement at medium project level.
• 10.Able to perform carpentry repairs at medium project level.
• 11.Able to assembly/disassemble and install furniture at medium project level.
• 12.Has a rigging abilities including heavy equipment relocation at medium project level.
• 13. Performs Preventive Maintenance of Air Handlers.
• 14.Has a basic electrical training allowing basic electrical troubleshooting.
• 15.Trained and able to weld.
• 16.Has a basic Locksmith abilities including making keys.
• 17.Able to work directly with vendors on equipment troubleshooting, repairs, and projects.
• 18.Has a good understanding of Facilities Equipment including Air Handlers, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Boilers, Air Compressors, Dehumidifiers, Humidifiers, and others.
• 19.Has a basic understanding of HVAC systems, Chilled Water systems, Hot Water systems, Compressed Air systems, Clean Air systems, and Electrical Power systems supporting listed above equipment/systems.
• 20.Able to perform basic troubleshooting of all Facilities Equipment/Systems listed above (power, faults, restarts).
• 21.Able to repair all Facilities Equipment listed above with support of SME's or Vendors for more complicated repairs.
• 22.Performs all Preventive Maintenance with SME's or vendors for more complicated PM's.
• 23.Has a good understanding of Honeywell Station modules: HVAC, Fire, and Utilities.
• 23.1. Able to make temperature/humidity changes offered by the system at the Supervisor Security Level
