Gentry Service Group in Western North Carolina is hiring an Unlicensed Electrician Assistant to join our hands-on electrical team. This entry-level role offers paid training, steady work, and a clear path to grow into a licensed electrician while learning from experienced pros.

You'll work Monday–Friday, with some overtime as needed on residential retrofit projects, install disconnects, run circuits, assist with panel replacements, and deliver high-quality workmanship with great customer

Qualifications

• Physical ability to perform electrical installation and related tasks.
• Valid driver’s license with insurable driving record.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Good communication skills and ability to work well with others.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

Responsabilités

• Work side-by-side with Lead Electrician on residential retrofit projects.
• Install air conditioner and heat pump disconnects.
• Run new circuits for gas furnaces and air handlers.
• Assist with panel replacements and generator installations.
• Help with miscellaneous electrical projects for residential and light commercial customers.
• Learn best practices while delivering high-quality work and excellent customer service.

Schedule Monday - Friday, full-time (Some flexibility and occasional overtime based on project needs)
