Qualifications

  • Experience with Moodle, Canvas, or Blackboard LMS and related software preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct administrative support for Phase 3 of the MD program, including grade submission and onboarding.
  • Oversee grade submission and monitoring to ensure LCME compliance.
  • Manage contact lists and update Phase 3 homepage in LMS.
  • Assist with elective programs, including Grade submission oversight and onboarding.
  • Provide office support for UME operations, calendar management, and meeting scheduling.
  • Serve as proctor for computer-based examinations and assist with course materials.
