JPMorgan Chase is seeking a ConnectWealth Platform Specialist in New York to serve as the subject matter expert delivering the value proposition of our Unified Managed Account platform for Global Private Bank and US Wealth Management. You will train advisors, design resources, and champion adoption of the ConnectWealth program across multi-line teams.

Qualifications

2 years of experience in financial services, preferably in wealth management or investments.
Advanced knowledge of managed investment products and advisory business.
Strong organization, detail orientation, and goal orientation.
Ability to work under tight timelines with measurable deliverables.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and cross-functional collaboration.
Excellent communication with Advisors, Legal, Risk, Compliance and Controls partners.

Responsibilities

Train on the UMA Platform and program to embed adoption.
Design advisor resources and trainings to articulate the value proposition.
Deliver training across forums using digital/scalable media.
Provide insights to optimize advisor experience, efficiency and productivity.
Deliver platform capabilities for diverse client preferences and buying behaviors.
Synthesize program capabilities to promote client acquisition and deepen relationships.
Be a trusted partner to advisors on new features and capabilities.
Provide expert answers to ConnectWealth questions and guide complex transitions.
Collaborate with Field Engagement/Advisors for large client pitches and analyses.
Drive adoption through platform sales, retention strategies and campaigns.
