Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist/Sonographer for a travel contract at Carlsbad Medical Center in New Mexico. The position includes performing various ultrasound procedures while ensuring patient safety and comfort.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience, ARDMS and ARRT certifications, and OB ultrasound experience. Compensation is approximately $2,000 per week gross for day shifts, Monday to Friday.

Requirements

Minimum 2 years Ultrasound experience required

ARDMS certification required

Responsibilities

Perform ultrasound procedures independently following department protocols

Conduct OB, general, abdominal, pelvic, gynecological, and transvaginal ultrasounds

Assist with ultrasound-guided procedures including biopsies, aspirations, thoracentesis, and paracentesis

Recognize and document pathology findings for radiologist review

Ensure patient safety and comfort during imaging procedures

Maintain accurate imaging documentation and PACS records

Operate and maintain ultrasound equipment safely and effectively
