Job summary

UMass Memorial Health is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to perform ultrasound examinations and support the radiology team. The role requires ARDMS registration within one year and at least one year of ultrasound experience, with strong patient care and communication skills.

The position is full-time, on-site at our Ultrasound department, with a 32-hour work week and mixed shift scheduling. A signing bonus may be available during the interview process.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Ultrasonography or Radiological Technology program.
• ARDMS registration in one category within one year of hire date.
• Associate degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform ultrasound techniques and examinations age appropriately and per department standards.
• Gather pertinent clinical data and maintain accurate patient records.
• Assist radiologists and physicians with ultrasound-guided interventional procedures and scheduling.
