Job summary

Bookmark Medical is seeking an Ultrasound Technologist to join our imaging team in Novi, MI. You will perform ultrasound exams, prepare patients, ensure safety and high-quality images, and collaborate with the Primary Care team to deliver compassionate care.

RDMS certification preferred; formal sonography training required; minimum 1 year experience; Breast ultrasound and MSK imaging valued. We offer comprehensive benefits and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Formal sonography program or equivalent required.
• RDMS certification (abdomen/vascular/OB-GYN preferred).
• Minimum 1 year sonography experience preferred.
• Breast ultrasound and MSK experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform all sonography imaging procedures, properly preparing and positioning patients for imaging exams.
• Position the patient appropriately to best demonstrate anatomical area of interest.
• Organize and monitor patient flow to meet company productivity, quality, and safety standards.
• Proactively understand the needs of our customers and patients.
• Effectively provide service and resolve problems.
• Explain procedure to alleviate patient anxiety and facilitate cooperation.
• Perform image reconstruction as necessary.
• Screen patients for precautions or contraindications prior to scan.
